Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will be an on-site position where the main role will be responsible for project coordination, project management, budgeting, construction management, and overall project management tasks on a day-to-day basis. The PM is also responsible for ensuring the projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience in construction estimating, site supervision, and construction site management. The Project Manager will work closely with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other workers on the same project.

SUPERINTENDENT

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring construction progresses according to schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management and a commitment to maintaining safe, organized, and efficient job sites. They will work closely with project managers, clients, and team members to deliver projects that meet Thompson Construction’s quality and safety standards. This position will work closely with the assistant project manager, field engineers, skilled craft employees, and the subcontractors.
